Richard Steed and Stephen Cook are Chatered Surveyors who respectively specialise in property valuations and party wall work. They are based in Battersea but cover the whole of London. Stephen Cook is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the party wall field and deals with all types of project, large and small.

Richard Steed carries out valuations of both residential and commercial properties for bank, tax, landlord and tenant, pension, leasehold enfranchisement and probate purposes.
