Requirements: Shops and uppers in SW London Boroughs
Small Development opportunities to a Max GDV of £5m
Mixed use multi-let or part let schemes
Victorian Construction preferred.
Client B – A High Net Worth individual.
Requirements: Well let secure Retail and Residential Investments.
Minimum 7% yield for straight investments.
Will consider minor redevelopment works
Client C – A privately funded family property company
Requirements: Development sites between £1m and £25m GDV
Unbroken or partial Retail Parades.
Existing Portfolios.
Existing Serviced Office Investments in Knightsbridge and Mayfair
Empty office buildings of greater than 3000 sq ft
Large vacant retail units of above 3000 sq ft
